IMHO, qt-4.2.0-tp1 can be a good candidate for FE-devel. I hope you will even 
publish versions for FC-4 and FC-5 in some testing repo of 
kde-redhat.sf.net. ... <tiny>What about snapshots of KDE-4, too? :-)</tiny>

You could also even package the daily qt snapshots from 
ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/snapshots/

Once Qt-4.2.0 is released, as it will be binary compatible with previous (and 
future) Qt-4 version, I would find no objection to push it into FC-5 and 
FC-6.
