Here's a couple of quick points: 1. Drop the packager, we don't use this in FE. 2. Don't hardcode the dist tag, use %{?dist}. 3. Spec file name shouldn't include the version. 4. Use full URL for the source. 5. Use rpmlint on your binaries, and correct any errors. Before you can be sponsored, you've got to demonstate an understanding of the packaging policies of Fedora Extras.
