PHP documentation package

I can't see a php-doc, php-manual or similar package either in Core or 
Extras which contains the complete PHP manual (/usr/share/doc/php-x is 
READMEs and suchlike only, not unreasonably as the main manual is huge 
and deserves a separate package)

Is anyone already working on this? If not, can anyone see any immediate 
objections to a php-manual package for Extras?
