See my earlier message in this thread today: I'm afraid there currently
can't really be such a beast as a noarch ruby-* package, because there
doesn't seem to be a single directory that would be in ruby's load path
on both let's say i386 and x86_64.  (lib vs lib64 issues with all dirs
proposed so far, no matter if the stuff installed into the dirs is
inherently noarch or not)
