IMHO it would be better to configure ginac with these options:
%configure \
--disable-dependency-tracking \
--disable-static
I also notices that you don't build ginac with `make %{?_smp_mflags}'.
I've tested it with make -j3 and it seems to work fine. If parallel make
breaks, you should mention it in the spec file.
