find_lang is just a macro, you to invoke a script:
# rpm -q --showrc | grep find_lang
-14: find_lang  /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/find-lang.sh %{buildroot}

Check the source:
/usr/lib/rpm/redhat/find-lang.sh

It's a rather trivial wrapper around find.
