I thought I should bring it across to you and hopefully everyone here.
I had discussed this issue and other installation issues in detail with Petr Bokoc(he is part of the Fedora Docs Team) in the IRC, he let me know that he suspected the error was occurring because one of the dependencies in the antora-ui-builder had dropped support for Linux and also could be due to mantainance issues as the project had been idle for a while(there could be updates issues).
