I think this is potentially very useful.  Before we go forward, I'd like to see the tooling and search settle a bit on the docs site solely so we can do this once and not have a potentially bad "alpha" experience.

WDYT?  If you agree, can we get a tracker ticket opened in docs.fp.o?
