Something like: - If a page hasn't been viewed or edited in x months, flag it for review * Unless the page is flagged as static content, then flag for review less often. - if a page hasn't been edited in 2x months, mail people that have edited it and ask if the page is worth keeping around. - If a page that a mail has been sent for hasn't been changed in x weeks, archive it - Automatically delete any pages with no content that are older than n weeks - Identify high view traffic pages and mark them to be reviewed by docs; if the page is useful documentation, put it in a guide or the cookbook, drop a link in the page instead of the content, and get the content into tx. -- -- Pete Travis - Fedora Docs Project Leader - 'randomuser' on freenode - immanetize@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
