any reason why f19 virt deployment and admin guide is not listed at docs page?

  just noticed that this guide:

doesn't show up as official fedora 19 documentation here:

http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html

  is that because it's "draft" status? will it be an official part of  
the fedora 20 documentation?
