I just noticed in: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/18/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Changes_for_Sysadmin.html#idm32350976 the fedUP section mentions this step: sudo fedup-cli --network 18 --debuglog fedupdebug.log --instrepo=http://tflink.fedorapeople.org/fedup/f18-upgrade/[insert-arch-here]/ but I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere (can't find it now) that we should not use/promote that repo url in the final text.
