I have no major problems with fop on F17 (not sure what version of
Publican is being used, will need to look).  The only issues I'm
seeing are the type that don't prevent building of a document (e.g.,
missing font or hyphenation package).  As they're problem supported by
a package that I've yet to install, haven't considered them to need a
bug report.
