Nice, good job!
Yes please open a ticket for that, it helps us to track all tasks
(during the beta release, we all have too much task to handle).

Once published, there is no update, you need to ask for an update
later (same as publish process).
So please proofread before asking to publish.

You could do as the following (simple exemple):

su -lc 'yum install publican-doc publican-fedora'
git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/docs/install-guide.git
cd install-guide
git branch --track f17 origin/f17
git checkout f17
tx pull -l fr
publican build --formats=html --langs=fr-FR
