Generally, it's best to omit screenshots unless they contribute significantly to understanding. Images aren't easily translated, so for documents in !en-US either the image doesn't have the correct language or the translator has to produce a new image. If the content can be expressed clearly in text only, I'd suggest removing or at least reducing the Gnome images.
