There was a while back a build system set up to do the drafts and the
publishing, but it was waiting for something from Publican, I think the
FOP thing.  It sort of got forgotten when the release started to get
imminent.

If that build system is still there, and if Nick is willing to spend a
few minutes to point me to the box, I would be happy to grok the bash to
make that happen.
