Brown, Laurel Blair Salton Clark, Ilan Ramon Greg, Welcome aboard. Right now we are in the process of arranging "Beat Writers" for Fedora 14. Beat writers pick a specific area to write about, and capture their Release Notes contribution on the wiki. Later in the cycle, the wiki is converted to DocBook for the final Release Notes. Take a look at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:Documentation_beats and see whether any of the beats interest you. (Hardware maybe?). Earlier versions of the release notes are available at http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/index.html so you can get a feel for what we do. In addition, there are a number of guides we update each release https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs_Project_guides_table And, we also get involved in other tasks like announcements (generally in partnership with Marketing) and other various writing tasks. If there is a beat or guide that interests you, add your name to the appropriate place (it is a wiki after all). And again, Welcome --McD -- docs mailing list docs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/docs
