Yes, but that's Step 2 :)

This book has not yet been set up for New Transifex; the big, merged, PO 
files need to be split across the language directories to make sure 
they're up to date (including the updated it-IT file), any updates for 
f13 applied, and POTs and POs updated; /then/ the language directories here
