Have you uploaded your RSA-type SSH key (~/.ssh/id-rsa.pub) to your
Fedora account, through
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/edit ?

As for the second question, I think that would be fine.  I hope the
User Guide maintainer agrees; I expect it wouldn't be a problem.
