the kcron does not exist in F11.
[adel@localhost ~]$ kcron
bash: kcron : commande introuvable
however, this graphical tool for cron in F11 have been removed to the system-preference in kde 4.
I want to write the new doc for this if it is not available.

You should file a bug against kcron and provide a patch with a fix for the documentation problem.
I'm not familiar with "task scheduler". Is this a Fedora product?
