So Dave and I were talking about this, and I think we are going to keep
this page as one that shows what should (and should not) be on a wiki
page to call it "complete".

We _could_ put a bunch of examples of how to do bulleted lists, etc.,
but then that is a repetition of content that is available elsewhere.
