Jason, this is great, and timely too.  Just sign up for the beat on the
page -- we'll be able to tell from the history the change was recent.
If you know other people who might want to take a release notes beat,
please send them our way.  (They really are small and easy to manage,
and maybe only take a few hours of work spread over several months.)
