*FEDORA HAS NOT, AND WILL NOT, ABANDON THE DESKTOP.*

I apologize for being blunt, but anyone who says so is wrong.  It's that
simple.  If anyone believes otherwise, I'd be happy to talk with that
person privately.  Let's keep this list on the topic at hand, which is
documentation for Fedora.
