Re: GCC and Eclipse beats hashed out

Hm, there shouldn't have been.  I think those were hashed out because in
the XML, everything under Devel/ becomes part of the Devel.xml file, so
there's no sense in tracking them all separately while we were working
on editing the beats together.  Are those changes in the XML now?
