The other document still links to Fedora 7 IIRC because it was still a
draft.
and what about for f9? in cases where an alpha release is
out, it would (in a perfect world, of course) be handy to have at
least a bullet point list of significant changes from the previous
release.
This is hard unless we get more contributors.
