Unless you have a corporate agreement between your employer and Red Hat
there's really no way to do it besides signing the CLA for legal reasons.
Murray is a Red Hat employee so the advice above does not apply. The
steps for doing so is outlined in

This should ideally be separated out into a common area and linked from
everywhere that we require contributors to get a Fedora account.
