I've updated the homepage module, and the release-notes module materials for building the fedora-release-notes package sources, with the new start page content. (I am operating under the assumption at this point that people have been spreading the word about this, especially since my F8 test2 install's Firefox home page seems to default to http://start.fedoraproject.org/.) The 'xml2po' tool fortunately has no problem understanding XHTML, so I was able to import the page design directly for use in our translator-friendly tool system. The changes should be carried in the next POT update through normal channels. If we don't want this content on the file system, or if someone knows where the page content is heading, now would be a good time to let us know. :-) Contact me at the FDP (fedora-docs-list@xxxxxxxxxx) so we can revert the content to the old stuff in that case, which should not present a problem. The changes I made preserved the old strings and translations so it will not mean extra work for the translators. -- Paul W.
