Is there a way to set a file's permission mode in CVS? How are permissions set when you do a check-out -- do they just inherit from the directory you are in when you do the 'cvs co'? Otherwise, it would be cool to set the file to 444 (read-only). If someone needed to edit it to fix something in the POT file (troubleshooting, etc.), they could change the mode, but it would have to be intentional. - Karsten -- Karsten Wade, 108 Editor ^ Fedora Documentation Project Sr. Developer Relations Mgr. | fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject quaid.108.redhat.com | gpg key: AD0E0C41 ////////////////////////////////// \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
