It looks good, thanks.  At least 5x better than before -- roughly the
amount of content you trimmed and moved as a multiplier :)

They could be links to more info:

* Get a GPG key ([How?] [Why?])
* Join the mailing list and send a self-introduction ([Where?] [How?]
[Why?])
* Register for a bugzilla account ([Where?] [How?] [Why?])
* Register for a Fedora account ([Where?] [How?] [Why?])

You actually could then push the content either farther down the page or
to a new page.  It wouldn't have to be separate pages, either;  it can
all be a "Signing Up" page and you use Anchor() to deep link.

Come to think of it ... is "Signing Up" an idiom that is ambiguous or
confusing?  Just curious ...
