For those who don't know anything about ReStructured Text (ReST), this
could be *very* helpful for docs, especially the Release Notes.  ReST is
a much richer, but almost equally easy, set of markup that can be used
on the Moin wiki.  The upshot is that we may be able to get more of a
one-to-one conversion from Wiki -> XML without the need for as much
manual re-tagging.  The python-docutils package apparently has some
functionality for doing this, but I'm not sure to what extent it's "plug
and play."  Toshio is looking into this in his spare (?) time, and I
will do the same.
