I encourage you to look to this RHEL guide that used to be called the
"Getting Started Guide":

This is one of the documents we are working on getting released openly
for us to use as a content base.  If it makes sense, we could use that
guide as the basis for the Fedora Getting Started Guide.  However, I do
not think we currently have permission to use the content itself.  We
should be safe to pull from the Table of Contents for ideas and outlines
for now, and I'll try try try to get us an answer about the content
itself.
