I'm sorry there isn't better coordination around translation. I thought we were going to use the Fedora Translation Project and the tools for locking/unlocking files from CVS. But I have not heard back from any of the Translation leaders/members about that. We will try to finalize the press release and get it into a (new) CVS module, then announce it ready for translation.
