It was actually owned by the Marketing project, and the content was a set of talking points - it may now serve a slightly different function. The pages on the Wiki that are attached to a particular subproject have Category[Project] at the bottom of the page. Probably the best thing to do is enquire on the Websites list about the current situation: https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-websites-list Generally, you can work on a new version of a page without editing the original by creating a link like [:DebraDeutsch/Prototypes/Overview: Prototype of Overview] on your own Wiki homepage, and then copying the content from the original page to your new Prototypes/Overview page for development.
