In general it looks quite good.  A few small passive -> active voice
changes (changing "will happen" to "happens", for example).  Dropping
references to mp3s, etc.

What Rahul suggests is good, the fedora-release maintainer needs to own
the source of the document, and bring it to us for final clean-up.

Thanks a million for carrying this need over from the fedora-list
discussions/rest of the community.
