Hi, Matt.  Did I send you a reply this morning without noticing that you
had already self-introduced?  Thanks in hindsight!

Are you MatthewBird?  I just added you to the group.  ACLs may be broken
in the Wiki, only meaning that they may not be enforced.  You should be
good to go, I also added you to EditGroup which covers the parts of the
Wiki not under wiki/Docs.* .
