Yes, they're probably now redundant, but I don't actually see that as a bad thing - specific issues can obviously get individual bug numbers, more general discussion and review is probably better done here on list where it's visible. Material on the Wiki is also much more broadly visible and accessible in a way that Bugzilla isn't in practice.
