This part I had figured was correct -- see our other entities for
instance.  But I was wondering to what extent we that XML snippet could
be nicely dealt with in Emacs PSGML without attaching a bogus "sgml-
parent-file" local variable in the tail end.  I was going to ping
Karsten again on IRC, but now that the discussion's here... :-)
