Yes.  The first round of committers from this project will be the
members of the steering committee, which is actively being formed.  Very
actively, fwiw, since I'm not sitting still.  The steering committee
members can then sponsor anyone else in the project.

FWIW, I just turned in my own request to get CVS access, since the CVS
for fedora.redhat.com Web is now moved over.  I'm not sure where the
docs stuff is at the moment, but I already asked Elliott to consider
moving docs early because it would be so easy. :)
