Alas, I cannot view that bug - "You are not authorized to access bug

Maybe not the same issue then?  I definitely can't proceed to where I 
need to go (SSL configuration) - the page is completely blank.  
Navigating to the sub-items (Data, Replication, Schema, etc.) works though.
