Title: Re: Enable SSL in console issue
Marc,

I created the password files same as the RedHat guide, pin.txt and password.conf and they both worked good until I enabled “Use SSL in console”. I used tried all the passwords that I used in FDS, but none works. :(  I was able to restart and stop dirsrv and dirsrv-admin from terminal.

Can you tell me if the DN is correct?

This is expected, see online documentation:
The prompt is a password to unlock the NSS DB key file used for SSL on an RHDS instance. http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/dir-server/8.1/admin/Managing_SSL-Starting_the_Server_with_SSL_Enabled.html#Starting_the_Server_with_SSL_Enabled-Creating_a_Password_File
