What about using LDFLAGS="-L/usr/lib/nss" ?The real problem is that mozldap should not link directly against softokn3 anymore - please file a bug at bugzilla.mozilla.org against the LDAP C SDK component.
Also tried adding a CC=/usr/bin/gcc-4.1 -Wl, -Xlinker -rpath-link -Xlinker /usr/lib/nss, and that also failed.
