That's fine. You do not have to run the passsync agent on your Windows domain controller.

The RHDS 8.0 beta docs might be better - http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/dir-server/ag/8.0/Windows_Sync.html

Subject: Windows Active directory sync

Hello,

I am trying to synchronize the existing Active directory with fedora ds. I am very new to this kind of approach. Did any one perform the sync successfully? Can any one provide simple documentation to perform the sync. Right now the red-hat document is bit confusing. _________________________________________________________________
