Was the directory server up and running before you started the admin server? grep -i nsAdminAccessHosts /opt/fedora-ds/admin-serv/config/local.confIf it is missing, you should add it using the instructions here - http://directory.fedora.redhat.com/wiki/Howto:AdminServerLDAPMgmt
Not sure why the upgrade would have removed it though.
