Net::LDAP or Mozilla::LDAP::Conn/Entry for FDS

What are the disadvantages of sticking with Net::LDAP and not using 
Mozilla::LDAP::Conn/Entry as the Perl module interface for Fedora DS 
v.1.0.2?
