Because of this i am not able to run the admin server
/opt/fedora-ds/startconsole is not allowing me to
login.
Kindly help me out. Im stuck with this problem for
days...

Only thing that comes to mind is try running FDS as root. Do a
re-install and when it ask for Server user ID and Server group ID to use
type in 'root'
