This one is really non-trivial if doable. There is probably a problem with some java dependencies that cannot be compiled without others nonfree dependencies. The nonfree choice have to be completely ripped out along with the included "tweaked/prebuilt" jar files, so even if that's not needed for scilab properly, we may either have nonfree dependencies, or packages that fails to build from sources. If such problem appears we could miss the scilab java gui.
