Unfortunately, it will probably never be considered as a default, even for a minimal installation. :-( But it could be used on custom kickstarts. I'd also suggest the good old apt-rpm, but unfortunately I'm not sure if it works with the new RPM in F10 (Panu told me at FUDCon Brno that there's some fun stuff like Lua version conflicts).
