loopback can be fixed (they can be allocated on demand.) I'm not sure how
grep of /dev/lp0 can cause issues. 

> selinux does not like devices in /lib also.

Upstream udev supports /lib/udev/devices only, and seemed unwilling to change
from discussions with them.
