I would doubt that anaconda would do an install
with btrfs as the root filesystem, but who knows.

Anaconda itself should not care, but the bootloader GRUB
must understand how to read /boot, and GRUB does not read btrfs.
If root is btrfs then /boot must be mounted on a filesystem
that GRUB understands; see /boot/grub/*_stage1_5 for the list.
