This update to pyOpenSSL causes python to core dump when using the koji 
command line.

note that koji only has a Requires on pyOpenSSL.  it likely breaks plague 
also.  it would be great if you could give us an idea of what changed between 
the old version at the new one.  its not used at build time at all and 
rebuilding wont actually change anything.
