I am a new packager, and not that familiar with the fedora procedures
regarding beta (or other) freezes. I presume those are handled with cvs
tagging operations, that are generally transparent to packagers. I have
a new version of my package (libpst) with some bug fixes that would be
nice to be in fedora 10. Can those be added with the normal

cvs commit
make tag
make build

now, or should I wait for some unfreeze event? Is there some packager
documentation that explains the required procedures around these
freezes?
